Mission Statement

The Institute of Lutheran Theology Press exists to publish critical academic theological writings which are faithful to the Gospel and intend to preserve, promote, and propagate the classical Christian tradition from a Lutheran perspective.

ILT Press is the publishing arm of the Institute for Lutheran Theology, a faithful, reformational, and global school of higher education and research organization which welcomes students of all backgrounds and denominations. As a fully-accredited college with undergraduate, graduate, and seminary programs, our focus is on learning, critical thinking, and assisting our students in fulfilling their God-given callings. ILT’s Christ School of Theology provides graduate students with top-tier education taught by world-class faculty. ILT’s Christ College offers undergraduate students a Christian community that will assist them in discerning God’s callings in their lives.
